摘要
视频会议系统只需借助于网络即可实现高效的远程办公,极大提升用户的沟通效率,缩减企业差旅成本,成为电力企业应用最广泛的会议召开方式。随着视频会议数量的持续剧增,运维人员短缺、设备隐患多等问题日益凸显,使运维人员的工作压力越来越大。文章设计并搭建了一种以内嵌无线网络接口卡的中控主机为核心,以模块化、具有处理并优化多种信号类型能力的音视频矩阵为主要操作对象的视频会议可移动控制平台,该平台不仅打破了对运维人员的空间限制,智能化的操作也极大减少了工作量。应用情况表明,该平台使得视频会议系统更加稳定、高效,在同领域具有借鉴意义。
Video conference system enables efficient telecommuting by means of network, which helps to improve user's communication efficiency and reduce corporate travel costs greatly. It has become the most widely used method of conference. With the continuous surge in the number of video conferencing, problems such as shortage of operation and maintenance personnel, more equipment hidden trouble, have become increasingly prominent. This paper proposes and sets up a video conference mobile control platform with the core of central control host embedded wireless network interface card and the main control object of audio-video matrix capable of processing and optimizing various signal, which not only breaks the space constraints on the operation and maintenance personnel, but also greatly reduces the workload by the intelligent operation.The application shows that the platform makes the video conference system more stable and efficient, with a reference in the same field.
