摘要
以取代靛红为原料,二甲基亚砜为溶剂,在醋酸铜作用下,于120℃经一锅法合成了色胺酮衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和MS(ESI)确证。
Tryptanthrin derivatives were synthesized by one-pot method at 120 ℃ in the presence of copper acetate,using substituted isatins as materials,DMSO as solvent. The structures were confirmed by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MS( ESI).
