摘要
目的了解本院重点监控药物品种的应用情况,为加强其管理和促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用药品金额排序和病历抽查点评法,对本院2017年1-6月重点监控品种的应用情况进行调查分析。结果医院重点监控药物使用金额比例较高,不合理用药现象较普遍。结论医院重点品种的管控应从合理制定目录、强化行政干预、发挥临床药师作用等方面综合发力。
Objective To determine the utilization of key monitoring drugs, and to provide references for reinforcing the supervision of these drugs. Methods The utilization of key monitoring drug varieties from January to June in 2017 was analyzed by consumption sum sorting and medical case sampling. Results The use of key monitoring drug varieties accounted for a high proportion. Irrational drug use was universal. Conclusion We should control the key monitoring varieties by developing a reasonable catalog, strengthening administrative intervention, and following the instruction of clinical pharmacists.
