摘要
实验室开放是高校充分利用教学资源、培养创新型人才的重要途径之一,调动学生参与实验室活动的自主性与积极性是体现开放程度的重要特征。对全方位开放的实验室如何引进学生协管员、如何打造"指导教师+实验助理"的模式和监督评价机制的建立三个方面展开探索性研究与实践,为创新教育中充分激发学生主体的积极性提供了新途径。
The omnibearing opening of university laboratories is one of important means for making full uses of education facilities and training innovative talents.Students'autonomy and initiative involved in laboratory activities can highly reflect the openness.In this paper,we proposed two models:"student assistant manager"and"supervisor plus laboratory assistances"for running an omnibearing opening laboratory effectively.Also,the mechanism for monitoring and evaluating the performances of models is discussed.After a long-term practice,the proposed models might cast a new light on innovative educations for improving students initiative.
