摘要
介绍了相控阵技术和工业CT技术的优点,说明了相控阵探伤原理和工业CT成像原理。通过对轴承常见内部缺陷进行相控阵图像采集与分析,并与工业CT图像对比,总结了内部缺陷相控阵图像特征。结果表明:运用相控阵技术可直观显示轴承内部缺陷形貌,为快速、准确判断轴承零件的内部缺陷性质提供了良好基础。
The advantages of phased array technology and industrial CT technology are introduced,and the flaw detection principle of phased array and image-forming principle of industrial CT are explained. The phased array images and industrial CT images of common internal defects of bearings are collected and analyzed,and the characteristics of phased array images of internal defects are summarized and compared. The results show that the morphology of bearing internal defects is visually displayed by using phased array technology and industrial CT technology,which provides a good basis for judgment of properties of internal defects of bearing parts quickly and accurately.
