摘要
本文根据核心竞争力理论及高职院校的办学规律,研究高职院校的核心竞争力的构成要素,运用层次分析法构建了高职院校核心竞争力评价指标体系,旨在帮助高职院校分析竞争优势和劣势,以提升核心竞争力。
According to the school rules and the theory of core competence of higher vocational colleges, the elements of core competitiveness research in higher vocational colleges, using AHP to construct the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges aims to help the analysis of competitive advantages and disadvantages, in order to enhance the core competitiveness.
