摘要
目的探究儿科护理管理中采用细节管理的临床效果。方法纳入该院2016年10月—2017年7月收治的84例儿科患儿,并根据双盲法将其分为2组,对照组42例患儿予以常规管理,观察组42例患儿在常规管理的基础上实施细节管理。并对比两组患儿的护理质量评分、护理纠纷发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组与对照组患儿护理质量评分在低于70分与71~90分范围内所占比例的对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿护理质量评分超过91分所占比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理纠纷发生率16.67%,观察组护理纠纷发生率2.38%,对照组护理纠纷发生率明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度64.29%,观察组护理满意度90.48%,对照组护理满意度明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中采用细节管理的临床效果显著,可使护理纠纷发生率明显降低,使患儿与家属对护理工作的满意度显著提高,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of detail management in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics. Methods 84 cases of pediatric patients admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine management, while the observation group adopted the detail management on the basis of the routine management, and the nursing quality score, incidence rate of nursing disputes and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results The difference in the patients whose nursing quality score was below 70 and between 71 and 90 between the two groups was not statistical-ly signiflcant（^〉〉0.05）, and the ratio of patients whose nursing quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of nursing disputes in the control group was obviously higher than that in the observation group（16.67% vs 2.38%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observa-tion group, and the difference was statistically significant（64.29% vs 90.48%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of detail management in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics can obviously reduce the incidence rate of nursing disputes, obviously improve the satisfactory degree of children and their family to the nursing work and improve the nursing service quality.
