摘要
提出一种具有2个传输零点的高温陶瓷梳型带状线滤波器。该设计的新颖性在于提出了矩形金属化孔代替传统矩形杆状的带状线结构。在利用这种结构设计的四分之一波长谐振器中,通过增加其矩形金属化孔的厚度,能够有效地增强其无载品质因数,从而降低滤波器的插入损耗。研究发现,矩形金属化孔结构设计的滤波器相比传统带状线结构具有较低的差损。同时滤波器的高阻带能够产生2个零点,增加阻带抑制和通带选择性。为了验证所提出的结构,设计了一款二阶滤波器,其测试与仿真结果较吻合。测试结果表明,滤波器具有低插损和小尺寸的特点。
In this paper,a novel high temperature ceramic comb-stripline bandpass filter(BPF) with two transmission zeros is proposed.The novelty of this design lies in constructing a rectangular metalized hollow instead of the traditional rectangular-bar stripline structure.Its unloaded quality factor can be effectively improved by increasing the thickness of the quarter-wavelength resonator using the proposed structure,resulting in a reduced insertion loss.Investigation shows that rectangular metalized hollow filter owns lower insertion loss than the traditional stripline filters.Two transmission zeros in the upper stopband are produced to improve stopband rejection and passband selectivity.For demonstration,a second-order BPF is designed.Good agreement can be obtained between simulated and measured results,showcasing the advantages of low loss and compact size.
