SYNTAX评分在冠心病中的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 冠心病(CHD)是指冠状动脉发生粥样硬化引起管腔狭窄或闭塞,导致心肌缺血缺氧或坏死引起的心脏病,在我国发病率逐年升高,目前分为5型:无症状型CHD、心绞痛、心肌梗死、缺血性心肌病、猝死[1],部分研究[2]发现CHD的危重程度往往与冠脉病变程度呈正相关,临床工作中往往应用冠脉造影计算冠脉评分的办法,来评估冠脉病变的严重程度.
