摘要
目的分析心理护理干预对四肢骨折术后患者疼痛的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2016年12月来本科室就诊的80例四肢骨折术后患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,一组是采用常规护理方法的对照组,一组是采用心理护理干预的观察组,每组40例,比较两组患者的术后并发症、护理满意度等指标。结果护理前,两组患者的疼痛感评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组的疼痛感评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的27.5%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预对四肢骨折术后患者的护理效果较好,不仅能减少术后并发症,还能减轻患者的术后疼痛感,提高患者的护理满意度,具有极大的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on patients＇ pain with post-opera-tion of limbs fracture. Methods Eighty cases of patients with post-operation of limbs fracture in our department from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. One group which treated with conventional nursing was selected as the control group, and the other group which treated with psychological nursing intervention was selected as the observation group. The postoperative complications, nursing satisfaction and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference on pain scores between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.0%, which was obviously lower than 27.5% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%, which was obviously higher than 40.0%of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention has good nursing efficacy on patients with post-operation of limbs fracture. And it reduces the postoperative complications, postoperative pain of pa tients and improves nursing satisfaction of patients and has a great promotion value, which should be popularized.
