巨大慢性硬膜下血肿并钙化1例 被引量：1

摘要 1.病例介绍患者,男,81岁。间断性头部胀痛伴右侧肢体乏力3年,加重7h急诊入院。3年前无明显诱因出现间断性头部胀痛,无规律性发作,无恶心呕吐,伴右侧肢体乏力,日常活动稍受限,不能持物。无肢体抽搐、意识丧失及言语不清等不适,未予诊治。1年前患者右侧肢体乏力加重,行走困难,间断性摔倒在地,未予重视及诊治。
