摘要
以Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O和氨水为原料,采用水热法制备纳米CeO_2,考察分散剂用量、沉淀剂用量、焙烧温度等对粒径的影响。结果表明,通过改变工艺条件,采用水热法可制备出平均粒径范围为13.6~65.6 nm的纳米CeO_2,且分散度好,结晶性高,焙烧温度是影响其粒径的主要因素,随焙烧温度升高纳米CeO_2的粒径迅速增大。
Using Ce( NO3)3·6H2O and ammonia water as raw materials,nano-CeO2 with different sizes was prepared by hydrothermal method and the influence regalities of the quantity of dispersant,quantity of precipitant and calcination temperature on the particle size was researched. Results showed that nanoCeO2 with particle sizes from 13. 6 nm to 65. 6 nm can be prepared by hydrothermal method,and that nano-CeO2 possessed good dispersion and high crystallinity; Besides,calcination temperature is the main effect factor on the particle size,and the higher calcination temperature goes up,the bigger the particle size becomes.
