摘要
移动互联网时代出现的社群经济是当下我国互联网经济的重要特征之一,一批优秀互联网创业公司开始重视社群经济,并在社群的驱动下开展企业各项管理工作。现有研究针对社群经济下互联网创业公司企业文化体系的特征及文化建设过程机制的研究还相对较少。本文通过文献回顾,发现社群经济与企业文化建设之间的理论关联,进而运用案例研究法,选择小米科技公司作为案例,深入剖析了小米公司的社群动力学机制,分析了社群驱动下小米公司的物质文化、制度文化与理念文化三个层次的企业文化特征,进而提出了小米公司企业文化建设的过程机制。本文进一步拓展了社群经济下的企业文化理论,并为互联网创业公司进行企业文化建设提供理论指导。
During the mobile internet era, community economy is one of the most important types in internet economy in China. Excellent internet start-ups in China nowadays have paid more attention to the value of the community economy. Previous studies have ignored the characters of corporate culture of internet start- ups in community economy and the mechanism of development of corporate culture. This study has found the linkage between community economy and corporate culture development. Then it analyses the Xiaomi company' s practices in terms of community operation and culture development. It finds the driving mechanism of community in Xiaorni, the characters of the material culture, institutional culture and ideational culture and the mechanism of the development of corporate culture in Xiaomi. This study extends the corporate culture developrnant theory and gives some suggestions to the internet start-ups.
