摘要
目的探究与分析个体化护理对高血压脑出血微创手术患者遵医行为及护理满意度的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2015年1月~2017年1月接受微创手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者90例,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个体化护理,两组均连续护理1个月。比较两组患者的遵医行为、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果观察组总遵医嘱率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(91.11%)明显高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(8.89%)低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理能改善高血压脑出血微创手术患者的遵医行为,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,安全性较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of individualized nursing care on compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery. Methods Ninety cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent minimally invasive surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given individualized nursing care. Both groups were given continuous nursing for 1 month. The compliance behavior, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total rate of compliance behavior in the observation group （93.33%） was higher than that of control group （75.56%）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group （91.11%） was higher than that of control group （73.33%）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group （8.89%） was higher than that of control group （22.22%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The individualized nursing care can improve the compliance behavior of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery, promote the nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and it is more safer.
