摘要
目的对某院不同医保类型COPD患者住院费用进行分析,以期为降低患者经济负担和完善医保政策提供参考。方法从新疆维吾尔自治区某二甲医院患者病案信息系统中抽取2013年1月—2015年12月不同医保类型COPD患者的住院费用信息共237例。采用描述性统计方法对四种不同医保类型COPD出院患者住院费用及住院费用构成情况进行分析。结果不同医保类别COPD患者住院费用存在差异,由高至低依次为新农合、其他医保、城镇职工医保、城镇居民医保。四种类型医保COPD患者住院费用中均以药费比例最高,其次为检查费。结论完善医保制度改革,规范合理用药、合理检查及合理治疗,开展COPD患者健康管理。
Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of COPD patients with different types of insurance and provide references for patients and improving medical policy. Methods 237 cases of COPD patients with different types of insurance from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and analyzed. By using the descriptive statistics to analyze the hospitalization expenses and expenditure pattern of COPD patients. Results There was significant difference of hospitalization expenses in the 4 different types of insurance and the costs from highness go to lowliness in turn is new rural cooperative medical information management system, other insurance, staff＇s basic medical insurance and urban residents basic health insurance. Medicine fee had the highest ratios and the second one is examination fee in hospitalization expenses of COPD patients. Conclusion The way to realize rational expense control is perfect the system of insurance, standard medication, examination and treatment for rational expense control
