摘要
以安徽淮化集团有限公司污水处理装置为例,介绍移动床生物膜(MBBR)技术工艺技术特点,重点论述二段A/O法移动床生物膜(MBBR)技术处理化肥企业高氨氮废水应用。针对该装置实际运行出现的问题,提出解决办法,为同类化工企业生产运行提供借鉴经验,共同开发更适合我国化工企业采用的高氨氮废水处理技术。
This paper focuses on the characteristics of moving bed biofilm reactor （MBBR）technology. Taking Anhui Huaihua chemical group Co., Ltd.sewage treatment plant as an example, this text focuses on the application of the two-stage A/O process moving bed biofilm reactor （ MBBR ） technology in high ammonia nitrogen wastewater of the fertilizer enterprises.Aiming at the problems existing in the actual operation for the device, this text puts forward solutions, which provides reference experience for the production operation of the similar chemical enterprise.This will help us to develop more suitable treatment technology for the high ammonia nitrogen wastewater in our country chemical industry enterprises.
