基于计算机仿真技术的高效化连铸机设备加工研究

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,我国的工业技术也在不断的更新和完善,尤其是在钢铁制造领域表现更为明显。随着时代的发展和进步,钢铁行业对连铸机的要求越来越高,以往的连铸机设备已经不能满足人们的需要,必须不断研发出新的设备来适应时代的发展满足人们多样化的需求。本文从计算机仿真技术的角度出发,来研究该技术在连铸机中的作用。在原有连铸机的基础上,不断推出新的设计理念和方法来更新连铸机,进而促进钢铁工业的发展和进步。通过分析高效切削加工技术、仿真加工技术在连铸机设备中的应用,不断的提高相关设备的机械制造水平。 With the continuous development of society, China's industrial technology is constantly closer and perfect, especially in the field of steel manufacturing performance is more obvious. With the development and progress of the times, the iron and steel industry of continuous casting machine of the increasingly high demand, continuous casting machine have been unable to meet the needs of people, must continue to develop new equipment to adapt to the development of the times to meet the diverse needs of people. From the point of view of computer simulation technology, this paper studies the function of this technology in continuous casting machine. On the basis of the original caster, new design concepts and methods have been introduced to update the continuous casting machine, thus promoting the development and progress of the iron and steel industry. By analyzing the application of high efficiency cutting technology and Simulation Machining Technology in continuous casting machine equipment, the mechanical manufacturing level of related equipment is continuously improved.
