摘要
目的了解吉首市中小学校园足球运动开展的现状,对影响和制约校园足球运动开展的困境进行分析,结合国家精准扶持的相关政策与吉首市的实际情况,提出应对措施。方法运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法、数据统计法。结果与结论加强政策引导和体制机制建设;保障专项经费,开展教师培训;营造足球文化氛围,提高吉首市中小学校园足球运动的普及程度。
Objective To understand the current situation, analyze influence and restrict factors of primary and middle schools football development, in combination with relevant policies and realities, this paper put forward countermeasures. Methods Literature, questionnaire, interview and data statistics methods. Results and Conclusion Strengthening policy guidance and institutional mechanisms, guaranteeing special funds and conduct teacher training, creating a football culture atmosphere and improving the popularity of football activity in primary and secondary schools in Jishou city.
