摘要
目的探讨和改进鼻肠管肠内营养堵管的预防及处理方法。方法回顾并总结2014年1月至2016年7月胃肠外科经鼻肠管行肠内营养治疗的46例患者的临床护理资料，探讨鼻肠管肠内营养堵管的预防及处理的改进方法及效果。结果及时有效的冲管，保持营养液的输注速度，必要时导丝的疏通可以较好的预防及处理鼻肠管的堵管。结论本资料中所采用的改进方法能较好地预防和处理鼻肠管肠内营养的堵管。
Objective To explore and improve the methods of prevention and treatment on nasointestinal tube obstruction. Methods From January 2014 to May 2016, clinical nursing data of 42 cases which were treated by nasointestinal tube were reviewed and summarized the improvement methods and effect on the prevention and treatment of the nasointestinal tube obstruction were discussed. Results Timely and effective pipe flushing, maintained the rate of nutrient fluid infusion, if necessary, application of guide wire could prevent and treat nasointestinal tube obstruction effectively. Conclusion The improved method used in this document can better prevent and treat the obstruction of nasal tube and enteral nutrition.
