摘要
主要针对DOT和ISO11120两种标准体系关于气瓶壁厚计算公式的推导进行了论述,并且从计算压力和工作压力的关系以及材料的机械性能方面讨论了计算压力和瓶壁应力对气瓶壁厚的影响。结果表明,对于DOT气瓶,通过增加强度来减薄壁厚是徒劳的,对于ISO11120气瓶,可以通过提高强度来减薄壁厚。
In this paper,formula derivation of DOT and ISO was discussed,and the effects of calculation pressure and wall stress on wall thickness were introduced from the relation between calculation pressure and fillable pressure and the mechanical properties. It was shown that it is useless to reduce wall thickness by increasing strength for DOT cylinder and the wall thickness of ISO11120 cylinder can be reduced by increasing strength.
