摘要
目的探讨TDG在内异症中的表达作用,为内异症的研究提出新的思路和方法。方法采用蛋白免疫印迹法测定TDG在23例内异症异位内膜和在位内膜及23例非内异症对照组内膜的蛋白表达。结果TDG在内异症的异位、在位及对照内膜中均有表达,且蛋白表达量分别为(0.412±0.083,0.366±0.062,0.315±0.069),蛋白表达量均逐渐降低,差别有统计学意义。TDG在异位内膜中的表达量明显高于在位内膜,0.412±0.083 vs 0.366±0.062(P=0.035);TDG在在位内膜中的表达量明显高于对照内膜,0.366±0.062 vs 0.315±0.069(P=0.019);TDG在异位内膜中的表达量明显高于对照内膜,0.412±0.083 vs 0.315±0.069(P<0.001)。结论TDG在内异症患者中的表达明显增高,表明TDG可能在内异症发生和发展过程中起重要的作用。
Objective:To explore the expression of TDG in endometriosis,and to provide new ideas and ways to study the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:The expression of TDG in 23 cases of endometriosis with ectopic endometrium,eutopic endometrium and 23 cases of non-endometriosis patients with normal endometrium were detected by western blot.Results:TDG expressed in ectopic endometrium,eutopic endometrium and control endometrium,the amount of protein were(0.412±0.083,0.366±0.062,0.315±0.069),and the expression of proteins decreased gradually,the difference was statistically significant.The expression of TDG in the ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium,0.412±0.083 vs 0.366±0.062(P=0.035).The expression of TDG in eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in control endometrium,0.366±0.062 vs 0.315±0.069,(P=0.019).The expression of TDG in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in control endometrium,0.412±0.083 vs 0.315±0.069,(P 0.001).Conclusion:The expression of TDG in endometriosis patients were significantly increased.These results suggest that TDG play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
