摘要
为了准确地将探测器的α计数换算到放射源的α计数,需要知道探测器的计数效率。本文阐述了利用查表插值法对α谱仪计数效率的理论计算过程,并通过~241Am标准面源进行了实验测量对比及修正。结果表明:该α谱仪查表修正系数为0.937,修正后查表法所计算得出的α计数效率相比于实验测量值,其相对误差不超过5%。
The counting efficiency of Alpha spectrometer is acquired to convert alpha counts of detector to that of radioactive source. Theoretical process used to calculate the counting efficiency of Alpha spectrometer with interpolation-lookup is stated in detail. The calculating results contrasted with experimental results obtained with 241 Am standard areal source are corrected. It turns out that the lookup correction factor of Alpha spectrometer is 0.934 and that the relative error of counting efficiency of lookup, contrasted with experimental result, is less than 5% after corrected.
