摘要
介绍了光阻法原理检测注射液中的不溶性微粒 ,设计了光机电一体的智能微粒检测仪 ,它包括光阻法传感器、取样系统和电子测控系统。通过和美国HIAC粒子计数器比对 ,测试结果相互吻合。目前该仪器已经应用于注射液中的微粒检测。
This monograph introduces the determination of undissolved particles in principle of light blockage,and the intelligent particle counting instrument designed based on the principle.It includes the light blockage sensor,the sampling system and electronic test control system.Through the comparison against the American HIAC particle counter,the data of the two show they are identical.Now it has been used in detecting particle in infusion prepartation.
