摘要
目的:总结探讨蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注对新生儿黄疸的临床治疗效果。方法:选择我院收治的60例黄疸新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组新生儿应用蓝光照射、白蛋白静脉注射治疗,对照组新生儿应用蓝光照射、苯巴比妥钠治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率96.67%,明显高于对照组73.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后观察组新生儿CRP、AKP、γ-GT、FFA水平均明显低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注对新生儿黄疸的临床治疗效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of blue light irradiation combined with albumin infusion in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods： 60 patients with neonatal jaundice in our hospital were randomized into the observation group（ 30） treated by blue light irradiation and albumin intravenous therapy,while neonates in the control group（ 30） treated by blue light irradiation and oral phenobarbital sodium. The efficacy of both groups was compared. Results： After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group（ 96.67%） was higher than that of control group（ 73.33%,P〈0.01）. The levels of CRP,AKP,gamma-GT and FFA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Clinical effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin infusion on neonatal jaundice has markedly been improved.
