不同焙烧温度的固体酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2催化羟基酰基化反应

Acetylation of Hydroxyl Catalyzed by Applying Solid Acid SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2 Prepared under Different Roasting Temperatures

摘要 以不同焙烧温度制备的SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2型的固体酸为催化剂,分别催化水杨酸的羟基酰基化反应,考察了焙烧温度如200℃、300℃及400℃制备的固体酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2的催化活性。实验结果表明:在以10mol%SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2型的固体酸(T=200℃)为催化剂,在催化条件为:反应温度65℃、反应时间60 min的条件下,催化水杨酸羟基乙酰化反应,其产率可达到89%,且大于SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2(T=300℃)和SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2(T=400℃)的催化活性。 The acetylation of hydroxyl of ortho- hydroxybenzoic acid was evaluated by solid acid of SO2-4/TiO2 prepared under different roasting temperatures. Simultaneously, it was observed that the catalytic activity of solid acid SO2-4/TiO2 ( T = 200 ℃ ), SO2-4/TiO2 ( T = 200 ℃ ) and SO2-4/TiO2 ( T = 200 ℃ ) applied to the acetylation under the same conditions, respectively. The results demonstrated that solid acid SO2-4/TiO2( T=200 ℃ ) was used as potent catalyst to promote the acetylation, loading 10mol%, stirring for 60 rain at 65℃, tO afford 89% in yields, which was more than that of SO2-4/TiO2(T=300 ℃) and SO2-4/TiO2(T=400 ℃ ).
