摘要 为解决因油封截面控制尺寸繁多而导致的设计工作重复量大的问题,研究骨架油封模块化设计方法。通过骨架油封结构模块化配置设计,实现油封装配支撑部、主唇部和副唇部的配置,从而可快速构成不同结构的油封产品形式;通过对骨架油封的重要特征及局部特征的参数化和系列化设计,实现满足特定密封性能要求的油封产品结构参数化设计。在此基础上,开发基于特征的油封模块化、参数化配置设计系统进行油封模块化设计方法,提高设计工作效率和准确率。 In order to solve the problem of large amount of design work caused by the section control dimension of oil seal ,the modular design method of skeleton oil seal was studied.Through the configuration design of skeleton oil seal struc- ture module, the seal support department, main.lip and vice-lip configuration of oil seal was realized, so as to different structure form of seal products can be formed fastly.Through the parameterization and serialization design for the important features of the skeleton oil seal and the local characteristics, the parameterization design of oil seal product structure that meets the specific requirements of the sealing performance was realized.The modular design method of the oil seal to use the oil seal modularization based on feature and parametric configuration design system was developed, which improves the working efficiency and accuracy of the design.
