摘要
目的 :观察自拟升血和中汤对乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应的影响。方法 :80例患者分成两组 ,观察组40例 ,在常规化疗同时采用升血和中汤治疗 ;对照组40例 ,采用常规防治化疗毒副反应的西药治疗。两组均在第4个疗程化疗结束后进行临床症状、血象及化疗按时完成率的比较。结果 :观察组患者白细胞、血红蛋白高于对照组 (P<0.01) ;消化道反应少于对照组 (P<0.01) ;化疗按时完成率高于对照组 (P<0 .01)。结论 :升血和中汤对防治乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应有较好疗效。
Purpose:To observe the clinical effects of Sheng Xue He Zhong Tang on reaction of side effect in the postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods:80 cases with the disease were divided into two groups.The 40 cases in the observation group were given Sheng Xue He Zhong Tang.The 40 cases in the control group were treated by only chemotherapy.Results:The WBC and Hb in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.01).The peptic symptoms in the observation group are less than in the control group(P<0.01).The complete rates of the chemotherapy in the observation group is better than in the control group.(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sheng Xue He Zhong Tang has significant effects on treating reaction of side effects in the postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy.
