摘要
本院在1980年1月～1990年6月期间外科治疗缩窄性心包炎89例(男65例,女24例),年龄10～63岁。病理结果:结核性31.4%,慢性炎症23.6%,慢性纤维增生性疤痕及玻璃样变45%。死亡2例,占2.2%。本文对缩窄性心包炎病因、诊断、围术期处理及麻醉方法选择与手术问题进行讨论。
Eighty nine cases (65 males, 24 females), aged 10-63 yrs, with constrictive pericarditis were operated upon from Jan. 1980 to June 1990 in our hospital. Pathological results showed that 31.4% was due to tuberculosis, 23.6% chronic inflammation and 45% chronic fibrotic scar and hyalinosis. Two cases died (2.2%). The cause, diagnosis, perioperative management, choice of anesthetic method and operation of constrictive pericarditis were discussed.
