摘要
基于成果导向教育(OBE)的理念,对汽车车身结构设计课程的实验教学进行探讨。构建了车身结构设计虚拟仿真软件平台。以车身子结构前防撞梁的正面碰撞为例,介绍虚拟仿真模型的建立、速度参数的修改、吸能盒厚度参数的修改,对前防撞梁整体变形进行输出显示,给出了不同工况下的能量曲线。通过将虚拟仿真技术引入实验教学,有助于学生形成复杂工程问题的分析能力和解决能力。
Based on the educational idea of the outcome-based education(OBE),the experimental teaching of the vehicle body structure design is explored,and the virtual simulation software platform for the vehicle body structure design is constructed.By taking the frontal collision of the front anti-collision beam in the vehicle body structure as an example,the establishment of the virtual simulation model and the modifications of velocity parameters and thickness parameters of the energy absorbing box are introduced.The overall deformation of the front anti-collision beam is displayed,and the energy curves under different conditions are presented.Through the introduction of the virtual simulation technology into the experimental teaching,it is helpful for the students to develop their ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.
