摘要
将近5年有关采用中医药干预心肌缺血再灌注损伤心肌细胞凋亡的研究进行整理、概括。认为中医药不论是从传统经方、经验方还是中药提取物、注射剂以及中成药等方面都在临床上得到广泛应用。
Apoptosis is a process of controlled cell death. Apoptosis is also an important part of myocardial ischemic-reperfusion injury mechanisms, how to inhibit myocardial apoptosis have become a hot spot of research hot topic. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has certain advantages in terms of treatment and prevention. Traditional Chinese medicine both from traditional party, experience, party and Chinese medicine extract, injection and proprietary Chinese medicine is widely used in clinic. This article organized and summarized the research progress on TCM intervening myocardial isehemia-reperfusion injury of myocardial cell apoptosis in nearly five years.
