摘要
文章主要阐述了重型载货汽车导流罩装配工艺方案的设计开发,对于导流罩在线装配工艺及整车通过性的研究,通过技术改造的实施,实现了流水线装配,满足了生产及安全要求,通过实际验证也达到了设计目标。
This paper mainly expounds the design and development of heavy truck dome assembly process, the dome and the vehicle through the online assembly process of research, through the implementation of technological transformation, to achieve the assembly line to meet the production plan, and safety requirements, through the actual verification design to achieve the goal.
