化学气相沉积碳电极的电化学特性

摘要 利用化学气相沉积法在钨衬底上生长碳电极 ,用扫描电镜对其表面形貌进行观测 ,发现表面碳微粒形状规则 ,微粒尺寸约为 2~ 3μm ,但是排列无序。用此电极作为研究电极 ,在 0 .1MKCl溶液中做循环伏安法扫描 ,结果表明 ,该电极电位窗口高达 2 .4 5V ,其中窗口正电位达 2 .2V ,它与传统的碳电极(石墨 ,玻璃碳 )和衬底钨电极都有很大的不同。实验还发现该电极具有很好的电化学稳定性和可重复性 ,在电化学测量时无需预处理等优点。因此 。 Carbon electrode has been grown on tungsten by chemical vapor deposition. The surface morphology has then been observed by scanning electron microscopy. It is found that though the carbon grains have regular shape and the grain size is about 2~3 μm, they are in disorder states. Using them as a working electrode , cyclic voltammetry was performed in 0.1 MKCl solution. The results show that the working potential window of the electrode is 2.45 V, and the window anodic potential is 2.2V. This demonstrates big difference from the properties of traditional carbon electrode and the substrate tungsten material. The experimental results also indicate that the electrode exhibited exceeding stability and repeatability in electrochemistry and the good electrochemical activity without pretreatment. Thus, the CVD carbon electrode is a new valuable analytical electrode for the electrochemical detection.
