摘要
在立井及相关工程揭穿浅部复杂地层施工时,结合地层特点进行综合分析,制定安全可靠的施工方案,是保证工程顺利实施的前提。通过我单位使用的地面管棚注浆法、旋喷桩加固法、冻结法的工艺进行分析,营盘豪煤矿风井选用冻结法施工大断面的风硐,工程顺利通过了浅部富含水的巨厚流砂层,工程质量优良,井架沉降在允许范围内,获得了成功。
It is the premise of ensuring the successful project implement to make safety and reliable construction scheme which is based on the comprehensive analysis of stratum characteristics before the vertical shaft construction and its associated works uncovering the shallow complex strata construction. Through the analysis on the technology like ground tubular shanty grout injection, jet grouting pile reinforcement, and freezing method used by the corporation, the project of the air shaft in Yingpanhao colliery chose freezing method for the large section wind tunnel. And it got through the extremely thick sand layer which is shallow and rich in water successfully, and with high engineering quality, within the permitted range for derrick setting.
