摘要
针对锦纶6FDY分纤母丝的冷却成形困难,丝束在纺程中摆动大,容易出现丝条相互缠绕,相互粘连造成纺丝断头,分丝困难;卷绕成形后,丝束吸水不匀,造成分丝张力不匀,引起分丝时单丝断裂等问题;探讨了喷丝板的布孔方式及冷却风的风温、风速、风湿的变化对产品品质的影响,以生产400 dtex/12 f锦纶6 FDY为例,论述了纺丝设备特点及相关工艺条件的设定原则。
According to the nylon 6 FDY separation mother yarn cooling forming difficult, large tow swing in spin- ning process, yarn winding is easy to occur, and the adhesion of each other leads to spinning broken ends, yarn separation difficult, after forming, tow absorbs water unevenly, causing uneven tension of the separation yam, lead- ing to the filament yam fracture when separation . The effects of hole arrange pattern of the spinneret and the change of cooling air temperature, speed, humidity on the quality of the product were discussed. Taking the production of 400 dtex/12 f nylon 6 FDY as an example, the setting principles of the spinning equipments and the related tech- nology conditions were discussed.
