摘要
目的分析冠脉介入对冠心病急性心肌梗死患者血浆B型钠利尿肽(BNP)及心室重塑的影响。方法选取在商丘市第一人民医院进行治疗的冠心病急性心肌梗死患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组未进行冠脉介入治疗,研究组采用冠脉介入治疗,观察两组患者心功能指标及不同时间BNP水平变化情况。结果两组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组左心室收缩末期容积(ESV)为(95.8±11.5)ml,左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)为(134.3±13.2)ml,较对照组的(104.3±15.6)ml、(147.3±14.2)ml均明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者24 h、48 h的BNP水平差异不显著(P>0.05);研究组72 h、第7天的BNP水平分别为(506.7±308.1)ng/L、(318.1±220.8)ng/L,均明显低于对照组的(803.7±623.4)ng/L、(820.1±520.7)ng/L,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论冠脉介入治疗可有效缓解冠心病急性心肌梗死患者心室重塑,降低患者BNP水平,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effects of coronary intervention on BNP and ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction.METHODS 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction in Shang qiu First people's hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was not treated with coronary intervention,the study group was treated with coronary intervention,and the changes of cardiac function indexes and BNP levels in the two groups were observed.RESULTS The two groups of patients with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)had no significant difference(P〉0.05);research group,left ventricular end systolic volume(ESV)(9.58±11.5)ml,left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV)(134.3±13.2)ml,compared with the control group(104.3±15.6)ml,(147.3±14.2)ml were decreased significantly,the difference was significant(P〈0.05);the two groups of patients for 24 h,48 h BNP levels were not significant(P〉0.05);research group at 72 h,7 d BNP levels were(506.7±308.1)ng/L,(31.81±220.8)ng/L,were significantly lower than those of the control group(803.7±623,4)ng/L,(820.1±520,7)ng/L,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Percutaneous coronary intervention can effectively relieve the ventricular remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease with acute myocardial infarction,and reduce the level of BNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.
