高效液相色谱法测定腌渍食用菌中的乙二胺四乙酸二钠 被引量:11

摘要 建立了腌渍食用菌中乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA–2Na)的高效液相色谱测定方法。试样中的EDTA–2Na经去离子水提取、三氯甲烷净化、三氯化铁衍生化后,以C18色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇–水(体积比为2∶8)为流动相,外标法定量。EDTA–2Na浓度在2.0~50.0μg/m L范围内时,线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 9。在5.0~500.0 mg/kg添加范围内,样品平均加标回收率为87.9%~105.2%,检出限为5.0 mg/kg。该方法简便快捷、灵敏度和重现性好,可用于腌渍食用菌中EDTA–2Na的测定。 A method for the determination of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium ( EDTA-2Na ) in pickled edible fungi was developed by high performance liquid chromatography.The target analyte was extracted by deionized water, cleaned up by chloroform. The extract was derivatized by FeC13 reagent, parted through a C18 column, with volume ratio of methanol-water 2 : 8 as mobile phase, external standard as quantitative method.The linear range was 2.0-50.0 μg/mL for EDTA-2Na with a correlation coefficient ( r ) of 0.999 9. The average recoveries of EDTA-2Na in spiked samples ranged 87.9%-105.2% at spiked levels of 5.0-500.0 mg/kg.The limit of detection was 5.0 mg/kg for EDTA-2Na. The simple and rapid method with good reproducibility could be used to the determination of EDTA-2Na in pickled edible fungi.
