摘要
目的:探讨自制一次性透析导管专用包在临床中的应用。方法:收集2016年1~6月安阳市多个透析中心长期留置中心静脉置管患者111例,随机分为试验组(56例)和对照组(55例),试验组患者透析时使用自制一次性透析导管专用包;对照组患者透析时仍采用传统换药包。收集并回顾性分析两组数据。结果:试验组上机时间、下机时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组感染3例,透析导管相关血流感染率21.43‰;对照组感染10例,透析导管相关血液感染率71.43‰;两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制一次性透析导管专用包较传统换药包节省护士上下机时间,成本更低,且明显降低透析导管相关感染的发生率。
Objective： To discuss the clinical application of self-made one-time dialysis catheter special package. Methods： Collected 111 patients with central venous indwelling catheter for a long time in more dialysis centers in Anyang from January to June 2016,and they were divided into experimental group（ 56 cases） and control group（ 55 cases） at random,during dialysis,self-made one-time dialysis catheter special package was used for the patients in the experimental group,and the traditional dressing set was still used for the patients in the control group. Data in the two groups were collected and a retrospective analysis was made. Results： The online time and offline time of patients in the experimental group were both shorter than those of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were 3 infection cases in the experimental group,with dialysis catheter related blood flow infection rate of 21. 43‰;and there were 10 infection cases in the control group,with dialysis catheter related blood flow infection rate of 71. 43‰; through comparison,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The self-made one-time dialysis catheter special package could save the nurses＇ online and offline time compared with the traditional dressing set,with lower cost,and it could significantly reduce the incidence rate of dialysis catheter related infection.
