摘要
习民道德建设理论既是一个基本理论研究,更是一个时代命题与问题命名研究。公民道德建设理论在中国全面建成小康社会中的新特点及新转向,在全面建成小康社的历史逻辑中涵盖秉承与创新、历史与"修正"、历史与逻辑三个方面内容。基于借鉴西方公民道德建设的理论基础,进一步探讨了社会主义核心价值观引导下公民道德建设在中国全面建成小康社会中的未来走向的作用与内容。
