摘要
网络文化的产生与发展是社会进步的结果,但它对社会的影响却是一把双刃剑。究其原因,这主要是由网络文化的特点所决定的。网络文化的这些特点和影响同样对高校思想政治教育的开展起着两方面的作用。
The appearance and improvement of the network culture is the result that society goes ahead.However,the coin has two sides,so does the network culture.The character?of the network culture comes into being one of the most important reasons.And the character and effect of the network culture affects the development of Ideological and Political Education in higher university as well.
