摘要
军用危险品的包装安全性在一定程度上决定了其储运安全性。在简要概述军用危险品的分类及包装的基础上,探讨影响军用危险品包装安全性的外在因素和内在因素,并从加大宣传监管力度、完善军民融合机制、强化包装标准建设、加强专业团队建设和借鉴外军包装经验等5个方面,提出提高军用危险品包装安全性的对策。
The packaging security of military dangerous goods determines the safety of storage and transportation to a certain extent. After briefly summarizing the classification and package of military dangerous goods, the paper discusses the external and internal factors effecting packaging security of military dangerous goods. It also proposes some suggestions on improving packaging security of military dangerous goods from following 5 aspects ： increasing propaganda and supervision, perfecting civil-military integrated mechanism, intensifying the construction of packaging standard, strengthening the building of professional team, and learning the packaging experience from foreign army.
