核电厂运行全寿命周期仿真优化预测系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 核电厂的生产运行对设计基准文件的依赖程度和运用便捷性要求日渐提高。然而,目前国内各核电厂普遍使用的是文档查询系统的传统方法管理纸质文件,基准文件的形成和版本跟踪都要基于各工程设计人员的工作成果送存效果,因而基准文件的形成缺乏全面性和科学性,个体文件版本变化和大量相关文件的一致性的管理也难于控制。为了解决上述问题,提出用仿真技术建立运行优化预测系统平台的概念。以核电厂设计文件相关的几个环节,设计验证与优化、安全分析、智能化文档、建安和运行维修规划为研究对象,结合仿真建模和虚拟现实等仿真模拟技术,提出运行优化预测并形成智能化基准文档的整合应用方案。可以为建设用于核电厂全寿命周期的智能数字化核电厂提供重要的参考,为计算机仿真技术在核电领域的应用提供帮助。 Master documents are increasingly regarded as an important matter in the operation of nuclear power plants.However,the on-going document management systems are used based on filing number of paper-based documents in the domestic nuclear power plants.The production and revision of master documents are influenced by the filing results of staffs,so that the master document system is not assured of comprehensiveness and systematisms,and the revision and coherence of documents are difficult to control.The concept of simulation for the pre-assessment and optimization of operation is best remedy of this defect.In order to establish a platform of pre-assessment and optimization of operation,design verification and optimization,safety analysis,computerized documents,installation and operation and maintenance planning are analyzed with characters of simulation modelling and virtual reality technology,which results in a computerized master documents system.The platform can be some referenc in establishing computer-based nuclear power station in its lifecycle.And this application can increase the utility of simulation technology in a nuclear power industry.
