摘要
采用静水试验方法,用硫酸铜、聚维酮碘、三氯异氰尿酸对体长(7.21±0.88)cm,体质量(3.95±0.41)的拉氏鱥进行急性毒性试验。结果表明:3种药物对拉氏鱥24、48、96 h的半致死浓度,硫酸铜为0.623、0.505、0.389 mg/L,聚维酮碘为76.7、74.6、65.7 mg/L,菌毒净为3.253、2.976、2.487 mg/L。3种药物的安全浓度依次为0.10、21.17、0.74 mg/L。
The acute toxicity of copper sulfate, povidone iodine, trichloroisocyanuric acid to the body length and body mass of Phoxinus lagowskii was studied with smooth water test. The results showed that the median - le- thal concentration of copper sulfate at 24, 48 and 96 h was 0.623, 0. 505 and 0. 389 mg/L, respectively; the me- dian - lethal concentration of povidone iodine at 24, 48 and 96 h was 376.7, 74.6 and 65.7 mg/L, respectively ; while the median - lethal concentration of trichloroisocyanuric acid at 24, 48 and 96 h was 3. 253, 2. 976 and 2. 487 mg/L, respectively. The safe concentrations of the three drugs were successively 0.10, 21.17 and 0.74 mg/ L.
