摘要
目的调查北京市老年人认知状况,分析其影响因素。方法 2009年7—9月由经过培训的调查员采用标准的调查问卷抽样调查北京市≥60岁老年人群2 017例。应用简明精神状态量表中国修订本(MMSE-MC)进行评定。结果(1)北京老年人认知功能障碍率13.6%,女性高于男性、农村高于城市、随年龄增加升高,差异均有统计学意义(x^2=9.697、97.951、105.924,P<0.05);(2)老年人认知功能状况独立影响因素包括:年龄、居住地区、文化程度、职业性质、睡眠与饮酒、社交活动、生活能力等(P<0.05)。结论北京老年人认知障碍率中等,危险因素多,应注重健康教育,增强社会支持。
Objective To understand the cognitive status and its influencing factors of the elderly in Beijing.Methods A sample survey of 2017 elderly people aged 60 years and over in Beijing was performed.MMSE MC was used to evaluate the mental status.Results（1） Cognitive dysfunction rate was 13.6%,which was higher in women than in men,the rural higher than in urban,elevated with increasing age（χ^2=9.697,97.951,105.924,P〈0.05）.（2） The cognitive status of the elderly under the influence of gender,age,residence,education level,marital status,occupation,sleep and activity exercise time,the impact of various factors such as income levels,social communication and life activities.Conclusion Cognitive function is an important aspect of health of the elderly,attention should be paid to health education,enhance social support.
