原发性肝癌微血管密度和血管内皮细胞生长因子表达及意义

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF MVD AND VEGF PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN PRIMARY HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

摘要 目的 :探索原发性肝癌组织中微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)表达的临床意义。方法 :采用 S- P法检测 6 5例肝癌组织、癌旁组织 (1.5 cm)及正常肝组织中 MVD和 VEGF的表达。结果 :肝癌组织和癌旁组织 MVD计数分别为 14 .2 9± 3.74、11.13± 2 .89,VEGF表达分别为 84 .1%、75 .9% ,与正常肝组织中MVD、VEGF比较差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。 MVD高和 VEGF阳性者与肝癌分化程度、有无完整包膜及静脉癌栓密切相关 ,MVD高、VEGF阳性者预后明显较 MVD低、VEGF阴性者差 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :联合检测 MVD和 VEGF有助于临床评估病情、判断预后 ,并为进一步综合治疗提供依据。 Objective:To investigate the clinical signification of Microvessel Density(MVD) and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHCC).Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the quantity of MVD and the VEGF expression in 65 cases of PHCC and paracarcinoma tissues and normal liver tissues.Results:MVD count and the VEGF expression in PHCC and paracarcinoma tissues were 14.29±3.74、11.13±2.89 and 84.1%、75.9%.The positive expression were related to the degree of malignant differentiation(P<0.01) between PHCC and normal liver tissues.MVD and VEGF positively correlated with pathological grading(P<0.05),intrahepatic metastasis(P<0.05) and prognosis(P<0.05).Patients with MVD higher,VEGF positive of PHCC had a significantly pooer prognosis than those MVD lower,VEGF-negative ones(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of MVD and VEGF protein expression may be useful in assessing the development,judging prognosis and selecting clinical therapy. [
