发酵棕榈仁粕活性物质含量测定 被引量:4

摘要 对发酵棕榈仁粕水溶性蛋白及醇沉小肽,寡糖的含量测定。通过水提及醇沉法对发酵棕榈仁粕分别进行活性物质的提取,利用福林酚法对总蛋白及小肽进行含量测定,利用改良苯酚-硫酸法对寡糖进行含量测定。结果:通过对发酵棕榈仁粕活性物质含量测定,得出每克发酵棕榈仁粕中水提总蛋白含量为19.1579 mg,80%醇沉提取得到的小肽含量为14.5102 mg,80%醇沉提取得到的寡糖的含量为175.5923 mg,50%醇沉提取得到的寡糖含量为286.5267 mg。利用福林酚法对发酵棕榈仁粕水提及80%醇沉的总蛋白,小肽测定确定其具体含量;利用改良苯酚-硫酸法分别对50%,80%醇沉提取得到的寡糖含量测定,说明50%醇沉提取得到的寡糖含量要大于80%醇沉提取得到的寡糖含量。 Determining the contents of water - soluble protein and polypeptide, and ethyl alcohol deposition in fermented palmkernel meal. Methods: By using the water to mention alcohol sink fermented palm kernel meal for the extraction of activesubstance respectively, using the foline - phenol method for content determination of total protein and polypeptide, using modifiedphenol - sulfuric acid method for content determination of sugars. Results: Through determining the fermented palm kernel mealcontent of active substances, it is concluded that water in the fermented palm kernel meal per gram total protein content was19. 1579 rag, sank 80% alcohol extract of the peptide content was 14. 5102 mg, sank 80% alcohol extract of the content ofoligosaccharides was 175. 5923 mg, sank 50% alcohol extract of oligosaccharide content was 286.5267 mg. Conclusion: Foline- phenol method was used to ferment palm kernel meal water to mention 80% alcohol and total protein, polypeptide measurementto determine the specific content; For 50% respectively using modified phenol - sulfuric acid method, sank 80% alcohol extractof oligosaccharide content determination, that sank 50% alcohol extract of oligosaccharide content more than 80% alcohol sinkextract content of oligosaccharid
