摘要
目的:探讨重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-aFGF)联合Elos激光治疗烧伤后色素沉着的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年7月因烧伤后色素沉着的患者共80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组采用重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子联合Elos激光治疗;对照组仅用Elos激光治疗,比较两组患者在治疗前、治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月后的色素程度、色素沉着面积的变化。结果:两组患者治疗前的平均色素沉着面积和色素程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、2、3个月两组患者的色素沉着面积和色素程度评分均显著下降(P<0.05)。其中治疗1、2、3个月个后,观察组的色素沉着面积均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在治疗1、2、3个月个后的色素程度评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为100%,对照组的总有效率为80%,观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rh-aFGF联合Elos激光治疗烧伤后色素沉着具有显著的促进色素沉着消退的作用,安全有效,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor（rh-aFGF） combined Elos laser for the treatment of post burn pigmentation. Methods A total of 80 cases were selected in our hospital because of pigmentation after burn from January 2015 to July 2015, which randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 40 cases in each group. The treatment group treat with rh-aFGF and Elos laser therapy,the control group only use Elos laser treatment,to compared two groups of the degree of pigment, pigmentation area changes before and after treatment for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months. Results The average degree of pigmentation area and pigment grade of the two groups of patients before treatment has no statistically difference（P 〉0.05）. After treatment for 1,2,3 months,the pigmentation area and the degree of pigment score of the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.The pigmentation area of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment for 1, 2, 3 months, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the degree of pigment scores of the treatment group after treatment for 1, 2, 3 months were significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）, treatment group total effective rate was 100%, control group total effective rate was 80%, treatment group of patients with total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The rh-aFGF combined Elos laser for the treatment of post burn pigmentation has significantly promote pigmentation fading effect, which was safe and effective, and worthy of clinical promotion.
