摘要
目的评价爱惜邦线环扎结合髌骨爪治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效。方法 2013年1月—2015年10月采用爱惜邦线环扎结合髌骨爪治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折共56例患者,采用膝前正中切口,以爱惜邦线环扎髌骨结合合适大小髌骨爪固定粉碎性髌骨骨折,术后适当功能锻炼,采用Bostman髌骨骨折功能评分标准评价手术效果。结果全部获得随访,随访时间为8~18个月,平均12个月,愈合时间8~12周,平均10周,1例院内感染,予以细菌学培养后予以清创、置管冲洗伤口、VSD负压吸引后治愈。无骨折端移位,无内植物断裂、松动,无骨性关节炎和膝关节疼痛等并发症,优48例(85.7%),良6例(10.7%),差2例(3.6%)治愈率100%。结论爱惜邦线环扎结合髌骨爪治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折可调性好,操作简单,固定牢靠,术后早期活动最大限度恢复膝关节功能,是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的有效内固定方法。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of Ethibond wire combined with patella claws in the treatment of patella fracture. Methods Clinical effect of 56 cases from Jan. 2013 to Oct. 2015 with Ethibond wire plus patella claws in the treatment of patella fracture was evaluated by using employing the functional criteria of the Bostman patella fracture. Results The postoperative follow-ups ranged from 8 to 18 months（averaged 12months）,healing time from 8 to 12 weeks（averaged 10weeks）,1 case suffered from hospital-acquired infection,getting cured by debridement and irriqation and the VSD closed drainage. No fracture displacement,no patellar claw rupture and loose,no osseous arthritis and knee pain efc complications were found,and fineness rate of the knee function was 96.4%（54/56）. Conclusion Employing Ethibond wire plus patella claws in the treatment of patella fracture is characterized by good adjustable,simple operation,stable fixation,earlier rehabilitation at postoperation for recovering the function of the knee joint,thus it is a very effective internal fixation method in the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture.
