孤儿核受体NR4A与肺癌

摘要 NR4A 核受体可被多种细胞外刺激因素激活而广泛参与调控生物的代谢、生长、分化、凋亡等过程。因 NR4A 核受体结构上的特点,其发挥转录活性不依赖配体,主要依赖转录后修饰。 NR4A 核受体参与肿瘤的调控是双向性的,既能促进肿瘤增殖,又能促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,与刺激因素、肿瘤类型、肿瘤所处的发展阶段及其在肿瘤细胞的亚细胞定位有关。 NR4A 核受体亚家族均参与肺癌发病机制,因此本文就 NR4A 核受体与肺癌的关系作一综述。 Nuclear receptor subfamily 4 group A (NR4A) receptors are activated by many extracellular stimuli and involved in multiple biological processes, such as metabolism, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Because of their atypical structure, they are believed to be regulated in a ligand-independent manner,thus they are regulated largely by post-translationnal modifications. A lot of studies have demonstrated that NR,1A receptors could induce both proliferation and apoptosis in the same ceils, and vary with the stimuli, type of tumor, stage of tumor, and subcellular localizations. Studies demonstrate that all the NR4A receptors play roles in inducing lung cancer and anti-cancer mechanism. Therefore, the present paper reviews NR4A receptors and their relationship with lung cancer.
