EBV VCA-Ig M、EBV EA-Ig A、EBV VCA-Ig A、CMV-Ig M,采用酶联免疫法检测Cox V-Ig M。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Epstein -Barr virus ( EBV), cytomegalovirus ( CMV), Coxsackie virus (Coxv) in children in a hospital of Zhoushan in 2015. Methods 1 284 cases of children inpatients and outpatients were select- ed from January to December in 2015, and their peripheral blood were collected. Serum levels of EBV VCA - IgM, EBV EA - IgA, EBV VCA - IgA, CMV - IgM were detected by chemiluminescence, and CoxV - IgM was detected by euzymelinked immu- nosorbent assay(ELISA). Results In the total samples, EBV VCA - IgM was positive in 83 cases (6.46%), EBV EA -IgA was positive in 23 cases( 1.79% ) , EBV VCA - IgA was positive in 52 cases(4.05% ) , CMV - IgM was positive in 88 cases (6.85%), CoxV - IgM was positive in 150 cases( 11.68% ). Positive rates of CoxV - IgM in 4 -7 year group( 15.86% ) was significantly higher than 1 -3 year group ( 10.56% ) and 8 - 12 year group (9.80%), with the differences statistically signifi- cant(χ2 =5.95, 3.95, P〈0.05). In 1 -3 years old group, positive rate of EBV VCA -IgM in male(8.14% ) was signifi- cantly higher than female (4.89%), with the differences statistically χ 2 = 6.83 P 〈 0. . slgmficant(X , 01 ) Conclusion Monito- ring enhancement of CoxV - IgM and EBV VCA - IgM should be performed for children in 4 - 7 year and male children in 1 - 3 year, respectively.
