摘要
采用真空烧结制备了420马氏体不锈钢,研究了烧结温度对材料显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在1 200~1 300℃的温度区间内,烧结样品收缩,烧结体孔隙逐渐减少,晶粒长大,晶粒组织不断粗化;烧结体的密度、硬度、抗弯强度等均逐渐提高。随着温度的进一步提高,在1 300~1 350℃的温度区间内,这种提高的趋势减缓。最佳烧结温度为1 300℃,此时,烧结体的密度为7.22 g/cm3,抗弯强度为779 MPa。
420 stainless steel powder metallurgy sintered body prepared by vacuum sintering,and the influence of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. The fracture morphology was analyzed. The results show that: in the temperature range of 1 200 ℃ ~ 1 350 ℃,the pores in the sintered body decreases,grain growth,grain structure continue coarsening,the sample size of the sintered body decreases;Density,hardness and bending strength of the sintered body gradually increase,and with the further increase of the sintering temperature,this increasing tendency decrease slowly. The optimal sintering temperature is 1 300 ℃,at this temperature,the density and bending strength of the sintered body can reach 7. 22 g/cm^3 and 779 MPa respectively.
